Bug Description
When I select "Also affects distribution/
I get the +distrotask page, and when I press continue there, I get an error with this error ID: Error ID: OOPS-f8e552b67e3c5fae0617d4f11efc6aab

The error infers that a bugtask for that specific source package already existed.
What source package were you trying to add as "also affects"?
