Oracular using same append version as noble

While building mamolinux-plymouth package on LP for both noble and oracular using a recipe, I noticed that the following script is being executed:

RUN ['git-build-recipe', '--safe', '--no-build', '--manifest', '/home/buildd/build-RECIPEBRANCHBUILD-3720101/chroot-autobuild/home/buildd/work/tree/manifest', '--distribution', 'oracular', '--allow-fallback-to-native', '--append-version', '~ubuntu24.04.1', '/home/buildd/build-RECIPEBRANCHBUILD-3720101/chroot-autobuild/home/buildd/work/recipe', '/home/buildd/build-RECIPEBRANCHBUILD-3720101/chroot-autobuild/home/buildd/work/tree']

This suggests that both noble and oracular are using the same `--append-version` string resulting in build upload failure. For oracular, it should use the string ['--append-version', '~ubuntu24.10.1'].
