Hyperlink text flows incorrectly

Some hyperlinks on a user's profile page don't flow/wrap/overflow correctly when the page width is adjusted and the available space is too little for the hyperlink text.

This problem is most noticeable on a mobile device, but it can be repro'd by resizing a browser window.

Steps to repro:
1. Visit your own profile page; e.g. mine is https://launchpad.net/~clinton-fung
2. Resize the browser window to be wide
3. Resize the browser window to be narrow

Expected behaviour:
- The hyperlinks "Create a new PPA" and "View your private PPA subscriptions" in the section titled "Personal package archives" can be displayed without wrapping when the browser window is wide.
- When the browser window is narrow, each hyperlink wraps to the same indentation as the start of that hyperlink.

Actual behaviour:
- The hyperlinks wrap in a confusing way, as if the icons and text were just part of one long line.

This is how the section looks when the page width is insufficient to avoid wrapping. "PPA subscriptions" wraps in such a way to make it appear to be associated with the hyperlink "Create a new PPA".
