Bug Description
(This is a semi-known issue for a while but I couldn't find a bug for it. Apologies if this is a duplicate.)
The page-down button on the keyboard (⇟) doesn't actually page down in a lot of launchpad pages immediately after the page loads. Clicking with the mouse within the contents of the page will then let the page-down button work. (I know, it sounds a bit crazy.)
To reproduce: load a bug that will be long enough that you can't see the whole thing in your browser. Wait for it to load completely. Hit the page-down button on your keyboard. (Perhaps it's marked 'pgdn' or 'page dn' or it has a fancy arrow on it or maybe it's blank entirely if you've got a cool enough keyboard.)

When you're satisfied that you're not going to be able to scroll down via the page down key, click with your mouse within the page window, eg within the yellow box for per-package or per-project status, owner, priority, etc; or within the description. After clicking, hit the page-down button again and see the page scroll down.
I see this in Firefox. I just now tested chromium-browser and it appears to work fine. Go figure.
Thanks

Because it fails in firefox but works in chromium-browser, I just now filed https:/ /github. com/webcompat/ web-bugs/ issues/ 129910 -- this project tries to find oddities between browsers and figure out how to fix them. Maybe they'll have advice on what needs to change on the website, maybe they'll have advice on what needs to change in firefox.
