Bug Description

Anonymous users should not see the email addresses of Email Address bug trackers.

Also, finish off renaming "Base URL" to "Location" for bug trackers.

Still an issue for bugtracker titles in bugtracker pages, in particular because of the auto-generation of names. See https://bugs.staging.launchpad.net/bugs/bugtrackers/auto-bob while logged out to see what I mean.
