Bug Description
I contribute to launchpad infrequently.
Each time for small submissions it is difficult to remember how to setup dev container, and stand up launchpad to run all unittests.
Would it be expensive to add default lpci pipeline that runs all unittests?
For either contributor to run locally, or indeed for it to run on all pull requests?

We've talked about it in our team, but the test suite takes hours to run. This is definitely not likely to be a simple matter.
