Bug Description
While creating milestone in launchpad, if the window is scrolled down and to indicate error in the input values, launchpad triggers the error popup behind the milestone create view, which appears broken.
Although this doesn't occurs if the web page isn't scrolled down.
I believe its due to lack of adjustment of space or maybe its coded that way.
