Bug Description
I'm subscribed to lots of bugs either via source package subscription or directly. It seems I'm not getting notifications for all updates.
For example bug 2029396. It has currently 34 comments but I've only received 5 emails. I've received 4 mails up until and including comment #3. Then the next and last email is for a change that somebody subscribed me to that bug and from that point on I received no further mails.

Not sure if it matters but I have `Include filtering information in email footers` enabled in my LP account. So the 4 emails that I received contain:
