mirror status "broken" is too easy to miss

Hello, a user complained about a broken mirror:

The page currently has piles of green results under these headings:

- Versions and architectures mirrored
- Source code mirrored

I think this display would be more useful if it had big red ERROR markers for the missing releases.

There's a tiny text near the top that says 'broken' but there's no big red splotch or something to draw the eye away from the pile of green.
