Bug Description

Forking a repository with a .launchpad.yaml triggers loads of builds. I forked lpci yesterday and my email was bombarded with about 50 emails (I imagine for every commit with a .launchpad.yaml). Here is my fork FYI:

When you fork a repository with a .launchpad.yaml file, it triggers multiple builds because the file contains instructions for Launchpad, a platform for building and maintaining software packages. Each commit with a .launchpad.yaml file triggers a build, resulting in a flood of email notifications for each build.
