Bug Description

It would be useful to allow a sprint to have a mailing list.

The sprint attendees would be considered the members of the mailing list.

There were a few requests during UDS for "the mailing list with all the attendees so I can send an announcement", which we don't have, so this would be real useful for us.

Actually, now that lp tracks who is physically there and who is not it would be nice to have a feature that let's us send a message and then a checkbox on wether to send it to remote participants. Something like the UI to sending an individual a message but for sprint attendees.
