Bug Description

1. Log out.
2. Click on this link. <http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?tag=python-xml-removal;<email address hidden>>

What happens: You get an empty list, because the e-mail address has been replaced with a non-existent one.
What should happen: The URL is not auto-linked, because Launchpad knew that the process of hiding the e-mail address would make the URL unusable.

I noticed a similar thing happened in bug 263555 with some mailing list archives, at mail-archive.com, that contain the mailing list e-mail address in the url. This is unfortunate because not all the pertinent information is not available to people not logged into Launchpad.
