Bug Description
1. log into launchpad
2. open a ticket
3. click `This bug affects 1 person. Does this bug affect you?`
4. click `Yes, it affects me`
5. see `This bug affects you and 1 other person Edit`
6. see that the bug heat score hasn't updated
7. reload the page
8. see that the bug heat score has updated
