Bug Description
Currently, the license selector on both project creation and editor workflows only mentions the version of the license through the link embedded in the little earth icon after each one (in my case, the MPL one). This might cause confusion for maintainers, since the version linked doesn't match what's in the license file in the source repository.
Although I see versions of some licenses (GPL/LGPL and Artistic) listed separately in the selector, I think we should go for a dropdown-like selector instead (either select one or multiple).
