sourceforge bug watches don't show resolution

Bug Description

I was looking at Ubuntu bug 179492 and noticed that the upstream status and importance are unknown. However, looking at the upstream bug, in sourceforge the status is Open, the resolution Fixed and the priority 5. There seems to be some disconnect here.

Syncing of status from Sourceforge bug reports was implemented in bug 66529, but apparently isn't working here.

I actually think it is working, just a bit slowly :) We currently update
only a small number of SF bug watches per day, but working on updating
more.
