Mirror missing from mirrors list

The mirror ftp.rnl.tecnico.ulisboa.pt is not listed on https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+archivemirrors, but was listed a few weeks ago.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Visit https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+archivemirrors
2. Search for "Portugal" (without the quotes)

Expected behavior: The mirror "RNL - Técnico Lisboa" (ftp.rnl.tecnico.ulisboa.pt) is listed.
Actual behavior: The mirror is not listed.

I checked the archive mirrors page (https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+archivemirrors) now and can see the mirror listed there - 'Rede das Novas Licenciaturas - Instituto Superior Técnico'. So this may have been a temporary removal/blip. In the logs, I do see a few instances where the mirror prober complained that there were too many timeouts when connecting to this mirror's hosts. So that could have temporarily removed the mirror.

Please let us know if this issue happens again in the future.
