[Feature Request] Clickable placeholders

Most translation platform allows clicking the parts in the original strings that shouldn't be translated such as placeholders (either %s or {}) and tags which sometimes need translations and sometimes doesn't.

I would love to see such feature in Launchpad, thanks.

Could you please elaborate a bit more? I am not very familiar with translation platforms.

What do you expect to happen when you click on a placeholder?

Maybe you could even link to such a web form or provide some screenshots?

Indeed, I'll add an example.

Source string:
About %s

The %s is clickable, and after I'll translate the term "about" to my language and add a space I'll click the placeholder and it will be automatically copied.

It's getting a little bit more complicated with plurals but it's possible.

This feature is available on Weblate, Transifex and Crowdin, here is a relevant string from Weblate:
