Launchpad - release - add download file - error

When trying to a upload a code tar ball, including the gpg signature, the page times out with the following followup page.

Right now, I cannot release a new version of the software using the following URL.

https://launchpad.net/xpad/trunk/5.8.0/+adddownloadfile
