searching for bugs needing forwarding returns one that doesn't

I was searching for Ubuntu bug reports regarding the linux package needing forwarding and found that bug 39414 was listed in the search results. However, the Linux upstream status is Fix Released. Incidentally, bugs with an Invalid upstream Linux task don't show up.

Would it be possible to use the upstream selected for the package to determine which upstream to check for with regards to this?
