E-mail addresses page should always have one radiobutton preset

I made a mistake in May when I designed the "Your e-mail addresses" page. Sets of radiobuttons should always have an initial choice. For the preferred contact address radiobuttons, the initial choice should be your current preferred address. (Re-specifying your current choice can be a no-op, while removing your current preferred sets the next validated address as your current preferred.)

How do you define the next validated address? We don't know the date they were validated, so we may have to use the emailaddress' date_created.

Fixed by Leonard in 1.1.12, but without the ability to remove your preferred address. Reported that as bug 179893.
