Looking at https://edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu and https://edge.launchpad.net/baltix/ there is not a "Subscribe to bug mail" link in the Actions menu like there is for a Project. I think there is supposed to be according to the documentation at https://help.launchpad.net/BugSubscriptions . It doesn't appear to be possible to navigate to a distribution's +subscribe page. Looking at https://edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu and https://edge.launchpad.net/baltix/ there is not a "Subscribe to bug mail" link in the Actions menu like there is for a Project. I think there is supposed to be according to the documentation at https://help.launchpad.net/BugSubscriptions . Going to https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+subscribe directly works, though.
