Bug Description

Summary:

Oops displayed after clicking "Change repository details" on an OCI repo.

Steps to reproduce:

1. https://code.launchpad.net/~cloudware-admins/cloud-images/+oci/ubuntu-base/+git/ubuntu-base
2. Click "Change repository details" on the right (e.g. https://code.launchpad.net/~cloudware-admins/cloud-images/+oci/ubuntu-base/+git/ubuntu-base/+edit)
3. Oops is displayed

Expected result:

The page loads and the ability to change the repo owner
