Launchpad answers should handle mid air collision while answering questions

Bug Description

Hi, Launchpad has a serious bug, in the answers page, when I try to submit an answer. If someone else writes an answer while I am typing, Launchpad does nothing to notify me. At all. I am not asking for high-tech updating of the page. But when I click "Add Answer" you have to pop something up that says "Warning, this discussion has been updated while you were typing. Are you sure you want to submit your response?". The lack of this feature is really frustrating and is probably driving away potential contributors who try to offer advice, but they only end up looking like they copied the person above them.

I guess that a proper behaviour would probably to simply refresh the page and display a notice that the user may want to revise his answer based on the updated discussion before re-posting it.

Even better would be to post it immediately, but give the respondent five minutes to edit/delete their comment, as is asked for Bugs in bug 80895.
