Bug Description
With the new schema that has been implemented to address the multi-tag support when building & publishing OCI images (see bug #1897813), it has also become necessary to support building multiple branches on OCI recipes.
Consider a project which has multiple branches, one of each Ubuntu release; in this situation, it would become a burden to the developer if she had to create a new recipe every time she wants to release the software for a new Ubuntu release.
