Bug Description
I got an email about this oops:

Here is what I believe I did that triggered it:
1. I claimed the 'canonical-server' review slot for MP 391611 of package nss
2. It set me ('bryce') as the reviewer in that slot
3. I re-added canonical-server as reviewer (since we use that team for tracking our MP reviews)
This seemed to work fine in the web UI, the oops was raised to me via email.
