Bug Description
I did this and a bad thing happened:
laney@raleigh> bzr push lp:~ubuntu-cdimage/ubuntu-cdimage/nobble
Using default stacking branch /+branch-id/731442 at chroot-

Created new stacked branch referring to /+branch-id/731442.
(it's breezy not bazaar)
The branch was actually pushed properly AFAICS though, not sure if anything is broken with it.
I can see this OOPS and it doesn't look private, but I'll leave it to an LP engineer to paste it in here and update the description. :)
