Merge Review page should have a link back to +activereviews

While trying to go through a series of merge requests for a project, I find myself wanting to go back to the list. When you are on a merge request, I can go back to "Code" for the project overall, and then click on "Active Reviews" to get back to a listing, but there isn't any obvious link to go back to the list of things that I'm working on.

In discussing this with Colin, there is some concern about what the "official list" should be (it could potentially be a personal list, or all merge requests, etc.).

For *me* I find myself wanting to go back to +activereviews to find the next PR to review. It does feel like it would be a natural workflow.
