Translations export from a project give a tarball with split directories

Doing an export on https://translations.launchpad.net/snap-store/trunk which has only one template (using https://translations.launchpad.net/snap-store/trunk/+export) gives a tarball
with the .po files split in 2 directories po/ and snap-store/
(https://launchpadlibrarian.net/475716490/launchpad-export.tar.gz)

It would make sense to have one directory only since there is only one template

It's also causing some problems with the snap build which has some script expecting the one directory layout (which is easy to workaround but still it's unexpected)
