Feature request: add pagination to list of packages to delete

Bug Description

When deleting packages in the PPA, only the first 50 packages are shown. As there is no pagination, if the package you want to delete is not among the first 50, you need to make a search, then select the package(s) from the results and delete. It would be nice if the package list was paginated (page 1: packages 1-50; page 2: packages 51-100; etc).

Probably the most efficient way to fix this would be to fix both bug 158574 and bug 184359.

Marked this one as dupe of bug 184359 because when the two listings are combined, they'll have batching. I've checked this with Celso already and he'll combine both pages on 1.2.5 cycle
