Bug Description
This follows on from bug #158455 - When displaying matching bugs in +filebug, don't display duplicates.
Aaron Bentley asked:
> Is this really a good idea? Sometimes a duplicate bug will be filed,

> relevant to a third person, and prevent a new duplicate from being filed.
After a short discussion he suggested the following:
> Perhaps eventually we could display duplicates the way Google displays
> secondary matches from the same web site. (And not allow clicking on
> the dupes).

The proposal in bug 30307 would solve the same problem, without needing any difference in behavior between the duplicate suggestions and normal bug search results.
