private team creation via the API

Bug Description
It seems that it is not possible to create a private team via the API (newTeam has no "private" or "visibility" parameter). It's possible to create the team and immediately set its visibility attribute to "Private", which is a pretty good workaround. But it would be nicer if it were possible to perform the operation in a single API call.
