Launchpad should preserve bug report on Timeout Error

Bug Description
I just spent 30 minutes writing a fairly lengthy bug report. Hitting the submit button took me to this page:
Timeout error
Sorry, something just went wrong in Launchpad.
We’ve recorded what happened, and we’ll fix it as soon as possible. Apologies for the inconvenience.
Trying again in a couple of minutes might work.

Hitting the back button should take me back to my preserved work. Or at least not throw away everything I just typed out.

It does preserve it - you should just need to fill in something in the Summary field, press Next, and press "No, I need to report a new bug", and then you should find that your text is still in the "Further information" box.
