xsane upstream translation(s) not imported nor queued to be imported

Bug Description

Trying to find hardy translation problems as early as possible.

https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/hardy/+source/xsane/+pots/xsane shows that Finnish would have xsane translation done only in Launchpad. However, the current xsane source package in hardy does include fi.po which contains largely the same translations - I submitted it upstream.

https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/hardy/+source/xsane/+imports does not show that there would be even an effort to import fi.po from upstream sources on its way.

This is not a problem with Launchpad Translations: package needs to be rebuilt, and xsane seems to have last been built on 2007-12-03 (see https://edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/hardy/+source/xsane/0.995-1ubuntu1).
