Grouping translation templates by "Section"

Bug Description

When translating a rather large project like Breezy, it would be really helpful to (optionally) have the translations grouped by their package's "Section:" (ex: gnome).

This is the list I'm talking about: https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/breezy/+lang/ro
