staging.launchpad.net 503 error is missing information

Bug Description

When accessing staging.launchpad.net on a saturday, the 503 error message comes up, stating that you should check twitter and if there is no info on twitter, message the team on IRC.
According to the response in IRC, this is just a weekly maintainance.
The error page should state that there is a weekly maintainance on the weekend and that it can take a long time.
