Bug Description
Bug #32525 suggests that we add a message to bugtracker pages indicating when Launchpad can't offer status updates. However, in terms of the functionality Launchpad now supports this is too coarse-grained.
Ideally, a bug tracker page would show information about the level of support Launchpad offers for that bugtracker. For example:
* Only status imports.
* Status and importance imports.
* Status, importance and comment imports (bug #3874)
* Status, importance and comment imports and the ability to push comments back to the remote bug tracker.
