Branch link should include 'Is a dependency' in reasons

Bug Description
It's great to be able to look at a bug and very easily get to it's
related branch. I have a branch in review right now but forgot that
it depended on a branch from a different project (in review with that
project). I wanted to 'Add a branch' and specify it as 'Is a
dependency' of the branch in review. Instead I added a comment with a
link to the code hosting page for the dependent branch.
