Copyright footer is outdated on Blog, Dev, and Help

I have noticed that on the copyright footer of the main Launchpad site, the copyright footer is fine, because it shows the current date, 2019. To be specific, it shows "© 2004-2019 Canonical Ltd."

However when I go to help.launchpad.net, which is Launchpad Help, and check the copyright footer, it shows that it isn't updated since 2016. It shows: "© 2004-2016 Canonical Limited." Same date shows for Launchpad Development (dev.launchpad.net).

Even worse, Launchpad Blog (blog.launchpad.net) shows that the copyright footer is not updated since 2009! It's a decade ago! It shows: "© 2004-2009 Canonical Limited."

Can the copyright footer for those sites be updated so it shows "© 2004-2019 Canonical Ltd." on all Launchpad sites, and possibly make them update themselves each year passed starting from January 1, 2020?

We can probably do this, but I'm slightly confused about how it concerns anyone else whether Canonical's copyright assertion includes the current year.

Also, I'm pretty sure it would be utterly invalid to auto-update the copyright assertions. If we don't put in some creative effort then there is no new copyright.

I've made commits to various places to update the themes, but need to figure out how to get those deployed.
