No way to delete a FAQ

Bug Description

There are two identical FAQs (How do I change my shipping address?) listed in https://answers.edge.launchpad.net/launchpad-project/+faqs

There's no way to delete one of them.

FAQ https://answers.edge.launchpad.net/launchpad/+faq/45 was mutated into the current question. Previously it was an identical to FAQ #46

Workaround is to mutate the FAQ into another question.

Mutate = rename here... (it took me 5mn to understand...)

How about really deleting an FAQ ?
In order to reduce the number of FAQs for example.

That would really be appreciated.

A consequence of this is that <https://launchpad.net/ubuntu> shows two faqs that just say "empty".

just want to say that we may need some sort of security feature in place to prevent someone from deleting all FAQ's. Maybe saving the faq contents before its deleted in a "recently deleted faq" location for 30+ days. requiring that the person deleting the faq add a comment, and notifying someone that its been deleted.
