Bug Description
I've been attempting to approve MPs in launchpad via the email interface, but can't get it to work. You can see an example here (of both me and rcj trying):

I signed the email using the same gpg key that's registered with launchpad.
rcj used gmail to submit his commands, so that should be covered by dkim.
