Series initialisation should (optionally?) also copy post-release pockets

Bug Description
Part of the process for opening a new Ubuntu series is carefully moving (which involves copying, with and without binaries, depending on build state, checking results, then deleting origin) everything from $old-proposed to $new-proposed.
It would be much less hassle (and much less error prone) if series init just copied the state of post-release pockets from source to target, same as it does for the release pocket.
Yes, this also means that some 0-day SRUs might get copied forward into $new-updates, but having to reconcile a few of those is much less effort than dealing with the (often hundreds) of packages in proposed.

Fixed in stable r18928 (http:// bazaar. launchpad. net/~launchpad- pqm/launchpad/ stable/ revision/ 18928) by a commit, but not testable.
