Extra statuses impose a cognitive load on everyone using Launchpad's bug tracker, so we're unlikely to add further fine-grained statuses for this kind of thing. Either an open status (if the developers simply haven't responded) or Won't Fix (if the developers have clearly indicated their intention not to fix the bug) would work for the situation you describe.
