Bug Description

[Description]

Launchpad does not allow me to upload my another OpenPGP key.

Key fingerprint: 2BB2 0A20 01E3 26F8 37E8 2FEF D371 FA62 B582 92C2

The key was uploaded to the ubuntu key server
https://keyserver.ubuntu.com/pks/lookup?op=vindex&search=0xD371FA62B58292C2

[Steps to Reproduce]

1. Go to my account https://launchpad.net/~taihsiangho
2. Click the editing icon of OpenPGP keys (and then login over Ubuntu One)
3. In the session "Import an OpenPGP key", paste the above fingerprint in the box: 2BB2 0A20 01E3 26F8 37E8 2FEF D371 FA62 B582 92C2
4. Click "Import Key" button

[Expected Result]

My key is imported by Launchpad and I will get a verification email.

[Actual Result]

I got the error message:

The key 2BB20A2001E326F837E82FEFD371FA62B58292C2 cannot be validated because it has expired. Change the expiry date (in a terminal, enter gpg --edit-key <email address hidden> then enter expire), and try again.

Although my key has been renewed in this way and uploaded to the ubuntu key server keyserver.ubuntu.com
