"Latest memberships" is actually "Alphabetically lowest memberships"

Bug Description

<https://launchpad.net/~superm1> claims that Mario Limonciello's "Latest memberships" are in the teams "Contributors of packages for ubuntu universe" (2006-09-12), "Cpux-devs" (2007-08-07), "Derivative Team" (2007-07-03), "iPod Touch" (2007-11-18), and "Launchpad Beta Testers" (2007-03-26).

Not only are these out of order (2007-08-07 comes after 2006-09-12 but before 2007-07-03?), they are also not Mario's latest memberships. <https://launchpad.net/%7Esuperm1/+participation> shows that Mario has joined 11 teams more recently than "Cpux-devs", so that team should not be in the list at all.

On closer inspection, it appears that "Latest memberships" has nothing to do with time at all -- it is actually the five *alphabetically lowest* teams the person is a member of, in alphabetical order!

(Fixing bug 174677 probably would render this bug irrelevant.)
