+editemails may change the contact address the user presees <ENTER> rather than adding it

On https://launchpad.net/people/+me/+editemails if a new email address is provided in the appropriate box and the user presses 'enter' or 'return', Launchpad will simply set the contact address to the selected one rather than adding the new email address.

That's because the browser clicks the first button in the form.

That's why the bug occurs. It's not a reason for not fixing it.

The fix is to split the form into two: one containing the "These addresses are confirmed as being yours" section, and the other containing the "Add a new address" section.
