~user/+assignedbugs should not show bugs when a bugtask is assigned to user, and nomination exists for that bugtask but is assigned to a different user

Bug Description
Additionally, the user cannot unsubscribe from bug notifications because the main bugtask is no longer editable.
For example, compare bug 1169 in production/edge and in demo, then look at ~rinchen/
