Bug Description

Could you please provide a "last updated" date/time stamp on the two (archive, images) mirror status pages?

When watching the mirror status pages change over time it makes me wonder how so many mirrors can change state so suddenly. https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+archivemirrors can be mostly green on one day when it was 50% red and yellow a week ago. This makes me wonder whether the information it presents can get stale.

As it stands now, unfortunately, the means I have to double-check whether the mirrors I choose to use are current or not are limited to an indicator stating how long ago a specific mirror was last updated. But for lack of a date/time stamp, and my suspicion of things getting stale occasionally, this is not as reliable as an absolute time indicator (a date/time stamp) would be.
