Sorting none official mirror lists

Bug Description
Currently all pages of mirrors are using the same template when being displayed. However, since the mirror admin team are the only ones who view the Pending-review, disabled and unofficial mirror lists, and members of the mirror admin team do not care or find useful the mirror list sorted by country, can a new template be created for the none official mirror list pages be created?
Removing the Country information from these pages would be very useful. Being able to sort by time status, bandwidth and time submitted or disabled would be very helpful.
