File upload translations not attributed to uploader

I uploaded translation corrections and new translations in po-file for JOSM on 2018-03-23. I did as advised on upload page: "edit only the strings and then upload it back to Launchpad". This resulted in all my translation being attributed to another user given as "Last-Translator" in po-file. I can no longer find my upload from import queue, but for instance this translation is attributed to another user, though translated by me: <link removed>. It seems I should have changed the "Last-Translator" in po-file before uploading. But this probably shouldn't be necessary. Even if "accidentally" attributing decent quality translations to someone else isn't necessarily a big problem then this probably also allows someone else to spoil the translation file in my name. This shouldn't be allowed.

Edit: Apparently message ids keep changes and so I don't know how to link to particular message.
