Bug Description
1. Go to <https:/
2. Click "Add".
What happens: "There are 5 errors."
What should happen: The "Add" button should not be clickable in the first place. Next to it should be printed the text: "You still need to enter Name, Display Name, Title, Summary, Licenses".
